Due to getting no sleep Sunday night, or actually Monday morning, after Nate woke me at 2 a.m., I decided to skip doing a blog post yesterday. I have to be at least slightly in my right mind to do these. Saturday afternoon Annie and her mom, who has been a friend of mine for ages, [...] Charlie practices with his first cake, the one I made for our small family gathering. I took a couple of days last week to put aside album designing and print ordering so I could get ready for my oldest son’s third birthday party. Actually, we’ve been at the birthday thing for more than a week. [...] I’m still posting the slide shows that were featured at the bridal fair, and here is the latest. These slide shows are such beautiful, high resolution files that I’m having to reduce them quite a bit to even upload them. To post them on the blog, I have to find a bit of time in [...] These are so beautiful! I love the new design. The photo can wrap all the way around the back of the case, like the cover of a book. Or, it can just be on the top and the spine. Melissa and Chase joined me in Little Rock’s River Market for an engagement session last Sunday, despite the wind and falling temperatures. The wind was busy blowing in this week’s cooler temperatures, and the sun made only a brief appearance, but we had a fun session anyway. The wind was our friend on at least [...] “I don’t care to belong to a club that accepts people like me as members.” - Groucho Marx I haven’t posted on this yet because I’m still kind of lost in disbelief. I’m always pretty hard on myself when it comes to my own work. So, it was with much trepidation that I submitted my name to [...] It wasn’t that I was trying to mislead you. I really did mean to post more photos from Diane and David’s December wedding. I just have been trying to keep up with bridal fair, new signups on the website, and improving a few things here and there (like the contact form on my website — [...] John and Casey were married last March at the Capital Hotel in Little Rock. Here’s a slide show of their wedding images I had made for the bridal fair. I had a great time at the bridal fair and enjoyed meeting everyone who came by my booth. We had a really good response and it was wonderful hearing all the positive comments from brides to be. I think many people are starting to see how taking a photojournalism approach to wedding photography makes perfect [...] |
