On Monday, Alexis and Kurt will get back from their honeymoon in Mexico.
When they get back, they will find an email from me telling them that their photos are ready for viewing in their online gallery.
They got married last Saturday.
Soon I will begin ordering proofs. The couple has some prints coming, and I will most likely be able to fulfill those orders in less than a week.
I am at such a great place in my career right now … a great place for clients. I have photographed enough weddings to know what I’m doing. I’ve developed my talent and expertise and I can serve my clients well. I also am not so booked that I have no time to edit photos or work on albums. I can give all of my best to my clients. I still get a thrill when I book a client, and a sense of anticipation when their wedding is coming up. I send emails to all my brides telling them how excited I am about their wedding, and I’m not faking this. I am excited!
It seems like every wedding I shoot is better, more fun, with more great details and more beautiful photos.
Right now, I’m in an exceptional place for you, the prospective client. My rates are still affordable compared to others in the area. I still have lots of dates available. Your wedding will get a lot of attention, a lot of commitment, and you will have the chance to hire an (as yet!) unrecognized talent. You can’t get a better deal than that, but it won’t last forever — I plan to be a recognized talent soon!
If you value good photography, if you want exceptional, artistic and storytelling wedding photographs, but you also find that today’s economy is pinching your pocketbook, we could be perfect for each other. Give me a call or send me an email and let’s find out!
