This weekend’s wedding was a small one, very intimate. It was held at the Manor House near downtown Little Rock (in what is known as the Quapaw Quarter). The house has some stunning features, but it is most known for its English garden. This was the perfect weekend to have a garden wedding. Friday’s weather (it was a Friday afternoon wedding) was as near perfect as an Arkansas April day can be. I breathed a sigh of relief — last year on this same weekend I was shooting a wedding, and temperatures had plunged to well below freezing the previous night. But this weekend it was sunny and 68 degrees.
Here are a couple of my favorites from the wedding. These are the more “artistic” shots. I’ll post some of the more normal ones later.
